义马煤的流化床热解脱硫研究
Resaearch on Desulfurization of Yima Coal Through Pyrolysis in Fluidized-Bed Reactor
【摘要】 在常压惰性气氛中采用流化床反应系统对义马原煤、脱灰、脱黄铁矿煤进行了热解脱硫效果考察 .主要考察了温度、热解时间及气氛对煤中硫变化的影响 .结果发现 :义马原煤、脱灰煤在70 0℃左右可得到低硫半焦 ,而在 φ( O2 )为 0 .6%的 N2 气氛下 ,原煤在 65 0℃左右即可得到硫含量更低的半焦 ,其脱硫率可达到 72 .9% ,且半焦收率变化不大 ,表明在惰性气氛中配入少量氧气 ,可大大提高全硫脱除率 .在实验所涉及的温度范围内原煤半焦中有机硫含量呈增加趋势 .义马原煤中碱性矿物质固硫作用导致原煤半焦中硫含量高于脱灰煤半焦中硫含量 .而增加热解停留时间不利于提高脱硫效果 .
【Abstract】 The demineralized (De\|ash) and de\|pyrite (De\|p) raw Yima coal was pyrolyzed in a fluidized\|bed reactor in inert atmosphere to examine the sulfur removal efficiency. The effect of temperature, time, and atmosphere on sulfur was investigated. The results show that the char with a low sulfur content can be obtained from the raw Yima coal and deashed coal at 700℃. However, in the N 2 atmosphere with 0.6% of O 2 , the char with much lower sulfur can be obtained at only 650℃ from the raw coal, resulting in a desulfurization yield of 72.9%. This indicates that a small amount of O 2 in inert atmosphere can enhance the desulfurization yield of total sulfur. The organic sulfur in the char has an increasing trend during pyrolysis process. The basic minerals of raw coal lead to higher sulfur content in char from raw coal than from De\|ash coal. Longer pyrolytic time has no enhancement effect on sulfur removal.
