金属橡胶干摩擦阻尼系统动态性能分析方法的研究
Research on the Description of Differential Equation of Metal Rubber Isolation System
【摘要】 以干摩擦阻尼系统动态性能表征方法的前期研究成果为基础,针对金属橡胶构件的非线性力学性能,分析了金属橡胶构件的干摩擦阻尼的成固,对金属橡胶于摩擦隔振系统的运动微分方程的建立与求解进行了探讨,将方程的数值解与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明,在建立金属橡胶干摩擦阻尼系统的运动微分方程时,可以直接采用非线性恢复力,而不采用当量粘性阻尼项。试验结果表明该方法具有足够的精度。
【Abstract】 Based on previous research results on de-scription of dynamic characteristics of dry friction system,the dry friction mechanism of Metal Rubber componentwas analyzed according to its nonlinear mechanics. The e-quation of motion of MR isolation system with dry fric-tion damping was built and solved, and the numerical so-lution of this equation was compared with experimentalresults. It shows from the comparing results that nonlin-ear restoring force can be used directly into the equationof motion of MR isolation system, instead of equivalentviscous damping. Results also show that this method hasenough precision.
