数控车床结构布局形态方案创成研究
Generative Design of Structure Configurations for NC Lathes
【摘要】 研究了概念设计阶段机床结构布局形态方案的创成式设计方法。依据所建立的机床形状创成模型 ,通过解析方法创成出所有可能的机床运动功能方案 ,然后基于机床运动单元与结构单元之间的关系模型 ,由机床的运动功能方案创成出机床结构布局形态方案。通过数控车床结构布局形态方案创成 ,证明本创成式设计方法对概念设计阶段机床总体结构方案的创新性设计具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 Generative design method of structure configurations of machine tools at its conceptual design stage is proposed in this paper. Based on the kinematical modeling of generating workpiece shape in machine tools, all kinematical function schemes of machine tools can be generated by analysis method. According to these kinematical schemes, the structure configurations of machine tools are then generated based on the modeling between kinematical elements and structure elements. As an example, the schemes of kinematical function and structure configuration of NC lathes are generated by this design method, which shown that this method is effective in innovating design of machine tools during its conceptual design.
