压力控制元件的最大可控压力研究
Study on the Obtainable Maximum Pressure in Hydraulic Pressure Control Valve
【摘要】 提出了压力控制元件的最大可控压力概念 ,以缝隙流动理论为基础导出了最大可控压力数学模型 ,经少量合理的简化得到其无因次数学表达式。讨论了主要参数对最大可控压力的影响。建立的最大可控压力概念及其数学表达式对于流体压力控制元件的研究、压力控制可靠性等有一定的理论价值 ,尤其对于超高压、高水基压力控制元件研制具有实际的指导作用
【Abstract】 A new concept in hydraulic pressure control valves, the obtainable maximum pressure, is established. Based on the theory of clearance flow, the mathematic models of the obtainable maximum pressure are deduced. Through a few simplifications the non-dimensional formulas are obtained. The effects of the main factors on the obtainable maximum pressure are discussed. The concept and the mathematical models provide theoretical and practical instruction in the study of hydraulic pressure control valve and its reliability, particularly, in study of ultra-high pressure and water hydraulic valve.
