1045钢在部分滑移区和滑移区内的高温微动磨损性能研究
High Temperature Fretting Wear Behaviour of 1045 Steel in the Partial Slip Regime and Slip Regime
【摘要】 从室温到400℃,对GCr15钢与1045钢组成的摩擦副进行了微动摩擦试验。法向载荷变化范围为100~300N、位移幅值为15~60μm。通过摩擦动力学分析,结合显微观测,发现1045钢的高温微动行为与微动区域特性密切相关。在滑移区内,随着温度的升高,摩擦系数与磨损降低,但在部分滑移区内,温度对微动行为影响很小。
【Abstract】 Fretting wear tests of 1045 steel against GCr15 steel have been performed from room temperature to 400 C. Normal force and displacement amplitude ranged from 100N to 300N and from 15μm to 60μm respectively. Fretting behavior depends strongly on fretting regime by dynamic analysis and microscopic examinations. Coefficient of friction and wear is reduced as increasing temperature in slip regime and little difference was observed in partial slip regime as well as in slip regime.
