金刚石钻头复合片模具设计机理探讨
Research on Design Theory about Mould Used in Polycrystalline Diamond Composite Production
【摘要】 提出了影响金刚石钻头寿命的因素之一是复合片的质量 ;分析了金刚石复合片生产所用模具的技术发展、模具的常见结构形式、常见破坏形式以及理论设计方法 ;针对在用复合片模具的结构特点 ,提出了采用有限元技术分析其预应力的方法 ,给出了多层组合筒式金刚石复合片模具预应力结构设计中的应力和应变、层间压力等参量的计算步骤和计算结果。实际测量验证了有限元的计算结果。
【Abstract】 It is pointed out that quality of a Polycrystalline Diamond Composite is one of the factors affecting on the life of PDC bits. Analyzing the technical development, structural components, damageable formulations, and theoretical design methods about the mould used in PDC production. according to the actual structure of the mould, the calculating method is given by means of finite element analysis and the calculation results including stresses, displacement, and pressures between any two components about the Multi-component compound cylinder. The accuracy of the results of finite element analysis is checked through actual tests. The method and software are being put into use in industrial practice.
