深熔激光焊接数学模型研究现状
Overview of Research on Mathematical Modeling of Deep Penetration Laser Welding
【摘要】 对已有的有关深熔激光的数学模型的类型、建模方法及其应用进行了讨论 ,评述了深熔激光焊接小孔和熔池形状数学模型的研究现状 ,对深熔激光焊焊缝形状预测和工艺参数优化人工神经网络模型等典型的模型进行了介绍。
【Abstract】 The interaction of laser beam with the target materials is a complex, multi-dimensional, multi-parametric phenomenon. Numerous studies have been performed in the past decades by using either analytical or numerical approaches, or both combined. In this paper, the state-of-the-art of the research on modeling of deep penetration laser welding is reviewed. Some different types of mathematical models are introduced, as well as the modeling methods are discussed.
