【摘要】 质量功能配置的优点是在产品早期设计阶段作出有效的规划和预测 ,从而避免在产品研制后期出现不必要的返工和重复。但在产品早期设计阶段能够得到的信息大都是模糊、不确定的 ,针对传统的质量功能配置对模糊信息处理能力的不足 ,基于 VFP数据库 ,应用数据库类封装和模糊推理技术 ,对研制质量功能配置系统作了论述 ,并结合应用示例进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The advantages of QFD are as following, the QFD is used to plan and forecast quality effectively in the early stage of product design, and to avoid unnecessary return and repeat work in the later period of product design. But in the early stage of product design, we can only get the fuzzy and uncertain information. With design going, the fuzzy and unrcertain information becomes less and less. This paper discusses the defects of a traditional QFD, which can not deal with the fuzzy contents very well. Adopting database class seal and fuzzy inference technology, a QFD system based on VFP database is realized and some examples are analyzed as well.更多还原
