面向关系的碰撞检测方法研究
Study on the Novel Methodology of Relation-oriented Collision Detection
【摘要】 碰撞检测和干涉校验一直是虚拟现实技术的难点 ,即如何在实现碰撞检测和干涉校验的完全性和唯一性的基础上 ,提高虚拟环境的渲染效率。提出了基于分类的动态图结构 ,详细阐明了这一结构的抽象类表示和实现方法。以 CDG结构为基础 ,实现了一个虚拟加工环境 ,该环境能对用户输入的 G代码进行实时加工模拟 ,预估计加工的过程和结果。实验证明 ,这一虚拟加工环境实现了碰撞检测、干涉校验和关联运动 ,并有很好的实时性 ,即使在 Internet上进行渲染也有很高的渲染效率。
【Abstract】 Collision detection and overlapping check are always the difficuties with which a virtual manufacturing is faced, namely, how to solve the problems of the perfectibility and singularity. This paper presents a novel category-based dynamic graph (CDG) structure to overcome the above difficulties. Firstly, the abstract class structure of CDG has been defined. Secondly, the programming method to construct the CDG structure has been represented. Thirdly, a detailed deduction has been presented, which is used to prove the capability of CDG in supporting the relation-oriented collision detection. Finally, a virtual machining system has been developed using CDG. Experiments demonstrate that the virtual machining system possesses a very good efficiency of collision detection and overlapping checks even if rendered on Internet.
