工控DSP在电磁轴承中的应用

【摘要】 为满足更多先进控制的需要 ,采用工业控制专用芯片 DSPTMS3 2 0 F2 4 0设计和开发了一种新的数字控制器 ,重点从控制器硬件、软件结构方面进行了讨论 ,并介绍了调试方法和试验结果。由于工业控制专用的DSP芯片集成了闪存、A/D、PWM、看门狗和许多通讯通道 ,因而新开发的数字控制器不仅结构简单 ,且其速度和可靠性也得到提高。使用简单的数字PID控制算法 ,可实现 8.5 kg转子的五自由度稳定起浮。这种数字控制系统可作为开发和实施实时控制策略、实现电磁轴承产品工程化的实用平台 ,也可以替代现有的模拟控制系统

【Abstract】 It is possible to obtain optimum control strategy and implement special complex control for Active Magnetic Bearing (AMB), Digital Signal Processor (DSP) is well suited for this kind of application. A digital control system based on special DSP TMS320F240 for industrial control is designed and developed to meet the need for more advanced digital control. The hardware and software structure of this controller are given, and the debugging method and experimental results are presented. A minimum number of external devices is reached and the special TMS320F240 improves the speed and reliability of digital control system thanks to numerous on-chip devices such as internal flash memory, A/D converters, PWM, watch dog and various on-chip serial communication channels. A five degrees of freedom rotor weighing 8.6kg are suspended stably by using only simple digital PID control arithmetic. This digital control system can be used as practical platform for developing and implementing real-time control strategy, industrializing AMB’s product, and also used to replace existing analog control system.
