【摘要】 用192只1日龄肉鸡(随机分成二组,每组三重复)进行饲养试验,探讨外源性谷氨酰胺对从鸡早期生长性能和小肠生长发育的影响。结果显示:日粮中添加0.4％谷氨酰胺可显著(P<0.05)提高第二周龄内饲料转化率;显著增加(P<0.05)第二周龄内空肠长度及第三周回肠长度和重量;极显著(P<0.01)增加第一周回肠重量、第二周回肠长度和重量及十二指肠重量。更多还原

【Abstract】 192 one-day-old AA chickens used for feeding experiment were divided randomly into two treatments (three replicates each treatment)in order to investigate effect of exogenous Glutamine on early performance and growth of intestine in AA chicken.The results indicated that supplementation of 0.4% Glutamine improved remarkably (P<0.05)the feed efficiency in the second week,went up (P<0.05)the length of jejunum in the second week and the length & weight of ileum in the third week.The weight of duodenum and the length & weight of ileum in the second week and the weight of ileum in the first week were significantly (P<0.05) increased.更多还原
