【Abstract】 One virus strain was isolated from the liver and spleen of gosling.The virion showed spherical,no enve-lope,having double-deck capsids,with outer-capsid of75nm in diameter and inner-capsid of50nm respectively by TEM.By virus-isolation,identifying physicochemical properties,experimental infection,antibody detection and electromicro-scope ob servation,This strain was identified as one member of the family reoviridae,genus Orthoreovirus,goose re ovirus.更多还原
