【摘要】 为了解被犬、猫等动物咬伤者注射精制抗狂犬病血清后的过敏反应 ,对 386例被犬、猫等动物重度咬伤的病例进行了观察。按照精制抗狂犬病血清使用说明书进行操作与判断。过敏反应阳性率为 6 99% ,其中男性为9 0 9% ,女性为 5 2 4 % ,两组阳性率的差异无显著的统计学意义 (χ2 =2 18,P >0 0 5 )。≤ 2 0岁组阳性率为2 92 % ,而 >2 0岁组为 10 2 3% ,两组差异有非常显著的统计学意义 (χ2 =7 4 6 ,P <0 0 1)。过敏试验阳性率与年龄分组的相对关系经等级相关分析存在正相关 (rs =0 92 9,P <0 0 1) ,阳性率随年龄的增长而增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to understand the occurrence rate of allergic reaction caused by injection of the pure antirabies serum,investiqation was carried out in 386 cases who were bitten by dogs or cats.We operated according to the《Direction of Antirabies Serum》 and evaluated the results.The total positive rate of allergic reaction was 6.99%,9.09% in male and 5.24% in female,no significant difference was found between them(P>0.05).The positive rate in people aged ≤20 years was 2.92%,and that in people aged >20 years was 10.23%,presenting a significant difference between them(P<0.01).By the method of rank correlation analysis,we found that there was a positive correlation between the positive rate of allergic reaction and the age(r s=0.929,P<0.01).更多还原
