麻疹病毒中国株与日本株的H蛋白及抗原性比较

【摘要】 198 4年以来日本分离的本土麻疹野病毒为C1、D3、D5基因型 ,中国自 1993年以来流行的绝大多数麻疹野病毒为H1基因型。 2 0 0 0年在日本东京检测到 1株由中国输入的H1基因型麻疹野病毒。对该中国株H1基因型与日本株C1、D3、D5基因型的H蛋白及抗原性进行了比较 ,结果表明 :H1基因型H蛋白的分子量为 78kD ,与A、C1基因型相似 ;D3、D5基因型的H蛋白的分子量为 80~ 82kD ,一些D3基因型在 39℃与在 33℃、37℃生长一样好 ,但其它基因型在 39℃生长却减少到 33℃、37℃的 1/ 10 0或 1/ 10 0 0。实验证实 ,一些D3、H1基因型能从较低的中和抗体水平逃逸 ,证明最近流行的麻疹病毒有轻微的抗原改变。

【Abstract】 The isolated wild-type measles viruses since 1984 in Japan were genotypes C1,D3 and D5,while nearly most Chinese wild-type measles virus strains after 1993 were H1 genotype.A Chinese measles virus strain of H1 genotype was imported to Japan in 2000,the protein profile and the antigenicity of this imported virus were compared with those of C1,D3 and D5.The results showed that the molecular size of the H protein of H1 strain was 78kD, nearly the same as A and C1,whereas that of genotypes D3 and D5 were 80-82 kD.Some Chicago-type D3 could grow at 39℃ as well as at 33℃ and 37℃,but other strains at 39℃ grew 1/100-1/1000 lower than at 33℃ and 37℃ and some of the recent wild-type meases viruses escaped from lower neutralizing antibody(1∶4).These suggests that some wild-type measles virus strains may have mild antigenic changes.
