麻疹IgM抗体阳性病例麻疹IgG抗体水平监测分析

【摘要】 检测麻疹IgM抗体阳性病例的麻疹IgG抗体水平 ,可分析其发病原因。在 2 0 0 0年对 184例麻疹IgM抗体阳性的病例 ,采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)间接法测定了麻疹特异性IgG抗体。结果显示 :在这些病例的发病早期 ,麻疹IgG抗体阳性率为 90 76 % ,GMT为 1∶10 37 4 7;其中 <8月龄者IgG抗体阳性率和GMT均最低。出疹与采血间隔天数长 ,IgG抗体阳性率和GMT高。相同的采血时间 ,IgG抗体GMT以免疫史不详者最高 ,零剂次免疫者高于 1剂次免疫者。提示未进行麻疹疫苗免疫和麻疹疫苗初免失败是发生麻疹的主要原因。

【Abstract】 To analyze the detailed cause of measles,we detected in 2000 the measles specific IgG antibody level by ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay)of those cases who were confirmed of measles specific IgM positive.It showed that the average positive rate of IgG(of acute period of the measles cases)was 90.76%,and the average GMT was 1∶1*!037.47.The group aged less than 8 months had the lowest positive rate and the GMT among different aged groups.The longer the interval during rash and sampling was,the higher the IgG positive rate and the GMT were.If of the same sampling intervals,those with no clear immunization record of measles vaccine had the highest GMT,and those definitely unvaccinated had higher GMT than those once vaccinated.It is concluded that no vaccination and failure of primary vaccination are the main causes for the onset of measles.
