混合机配料自动控制系统设计
On design of automatic control system of melangeur ingredient
【摘要】 介绍了一个混合机配料自动控制系统,上位机采用PC机,下位机采用西门子SIMATICS7-200的可编程控制器,描述了系统的硬件组成、软件设计和上下位机实现点对点的通讯方法.在实际生产中,该自动控制系统可以提高配料精度、产品质量和劳动生产率,可以消除误操作、实现混合机的升级换代.
【Abstract】 Automatic control system of mixer ingredient is introduced, upper machine is PC, lower machine is SIMATIC S7\|200 programmable logic controller. The hardware sets of the system ,the design of the software and the method of the communication of point\|to\|point of PC and PLC are presented. In the actual production, ingredient accuracy and product quality are improved, labour productivity are expanded, wrong\{operations are relieved.\} New type mixer is substituted for old type mixer.
