【摘要】 目的　了解阜新市高中学生危险行为发生情况 ,为教育和卫生部门制定青少年健康政策、预防青少年危险行为提供科学依据。方法　于 2 0 0 1年 2月对阜新市 1所中学 61 1名高一高二学生就有关危险行为进行无记名回顾性问卷调查。结果　 81 4%的学生在乘坐别人开的小汽车时从不或很少系安全带 ;在调查的近 3 0天中 ,有 9 9%的学生坐过 1次或 1次以上由酒后驾驶者开的小汽车 ;在调查的近 1 2个月中 ,1 0 3 %的学生有过 1次或 1次以上的打架行为 ;在调查的近 3 0天中 ,有 3 7 2 %的学生有 1天或 1天以上喝酒经历 ,6 1 %的学生有 1天或 1天以上吸烟经历。 4 3 %的学生在约会时被男友或女友打过。 1 0 %的学生曾被迫性交。结论　阜新市相当比例的高中学生危险行为有可能导致意外事故、伤害、及成年期心血管疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the risk behaviors among senior high school students of Fuxin City, Liaoning Province Methods A self administered anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 611 first and second graders of a key senior high school in Fuxin Results 81 4% of the respondents seldom or never worn a seat belt while riding in a car During the 30 days preceding the survey, 9 9% of the respondents had the experience of riding in a car driven by a driver who had drunk 10 3% had been involved in scuffle ≥ 1 times during the 12 months preceding the survey 37 2% had the experience of drinking alcoholic beverage and 6 1% had the experience of smoking cigarettes for one day or more during the 30 days preceding the survey 4 3% of the respondents had been beaten of hurt by their boy friends or girl friends while dating during the 12 months preceding the survey 1 0% of the respondents had the experience of forced sex Conclusion A considerable proportion of high school students are engaged in behaviors that may increase the likelihood of traffic accident, other injuries and cardiovascular disease and cancer during adulthood更多还原
