【摘要】 目的　研究“3 5岁以上首诊病人测血压”政策的可行性。方法　在执行该政策的天津、上海、柳州 3市中各随机抽取 5家执行该政策的医院。随机抽取这些医院的 80 5名医务人员以及 84 0名普通居民 ,并用拦截调查的方式取得 71 2名这些医院的门诊病人样本 ,进行问卷调查 ;以随机抽样的方式取得这些医院的 1 1 8名医务人员及 93名附近社区的普通居民进行专题小组讨论 ;并对 3市卫生局领导、这些医院的院长及具体执行此项工作的医务人员共 3 4人进行个人访谈。结果　 3市中目前执行此项政策的医院不足一成。 91 2 %的门诊病人、92 5 %的普通居民和 93 8%的医务人员支持此项政策。 5 9 6%的医务人员认为社区医院是执行此项政策的最适合场所。许多被调查者认为此项政策很难在短期内获得经济效益。结论　此项政策得到多数执行者和受益者的支持 ,因此是可行的。最适合执行上项政策的地方是社区医院更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of the policy of "blood pressure measurement for patients over 35 at their first visit to hospital " Methods Five hospitals implementing the policy were sampled randomly in each of the three cities where this policy was being implemented: Tianjin, Shanghai, and Liuzhou Questionnaire survey was conducted among 805 health workers by random sampling and 712 outpatients selected by intercept in these hospitals, and among 840 general residents of urban communities by random sampling; focus group discussion was held among 118 health workers in these hospitals and 93 general residents of urban communities by random sampling; and individual interview was conducted among 34 health officials, directors of hospitals, and health workers in charge in these three cities Results Less than 10% of the hospitals in these three cities were implementing this policy 91 2% of the outpatients, 92 5% of the general residents, and 93 8% of the health workers supported this policy 59 6% of the health workers considered that community hospital is the fittest place for implementing this policy Many respondents doubted if this policy would bring economic returns immediately for the hospital Conclusion Supported by most of the executives and beneficiaries,the policy of "blood pressure measurement for patients over 35 at their first visit to hospital" is feasible The fittest place for implementing this policy is community hospital更多还原
