【摘要】 目的进一步明确慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的胃排空是否存在异常。方法采用磁示踪法对32例慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者的固相胃排空时间进行了测定,并与正常对照组进行了对比。结果 透析后的胃半排空时间与正常对照组比较,二者差别无显著的统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者胃排空时间是正常的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To further determine whether an abnormality of gastric emptying in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis. Methods Gastric magnetic tracer method was employed to measure solid half - emptying time, The half - emptying time postdialysis in 32 patients and The Half - emptying time in 20 healthy volunteers were studied . Rsults Half - emptying time for postdialysis were not statistically different form controls ( P > 0.05). Conclusion Gastric emptying in patients with chronic renal failure receiving hemodialysis were normality. Gastric emptying could be improved by hemodialysis.更多还原
