激光诱发自体荧光光谱技术诊断鼠肝纤维化
Diagnosis of Rat Liver Fibrosis by Laser-induced Autofluorescence
【摘要】 摘要目的探讨用激光诱发自体荧光光谱(LIAF)技术对肝纤维化进行诊断的意义。方法用SD大鼠100只,白蛋白、乙醇、四氯化碳和蛋白加贺普丁诱导造成肝纤维化模型。应用激光诱发自体荧光光谱检测正常大鼠血清与肝纤维化大鼠的血清。结果肝纤维化大鼠血清的荧光平均主峰值出现了红移。结论应用激光诱发自体荧光光谱技术,对肝纤维化大鼠的血清进行光谱分析,可找到一些有价值的数据,以用于肝纤维化的诊断,特别是早期诊断。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of diagn osis of liver fibrosis by laser -induced autofluorescence(LIAF).Methods Liver fibrosis model of 100SD rats is induced by the different materials,namely,albumin,alcohol and CCl 4 .The serum of normal rat and rat with liver fibrosis is detected by LIAF.Results The spectra average peak of serum of r at with liver fibrosis takes place re d -movement.Conclusions Some worthy data can be found by detecting the serum of rat liver fibrosis b y LIAF,which is useful for diagnosin g the liver fibrosis,especially in early stage.
