【Abstract】 As the most important part of the energy resources strategy, the strategy of the petroleum industries are also one of the core tasks in making the state’s strategy. Based on former researches, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC carries out a research project of "Research on the Development Strategy of the Chinese Petroleum Industries" . This paper mainly introduces the academic background and basic contents of the project, and discusses the general research plan from several aspects such as the strategic thoughts, the fundamental principles, research goals and the general frame for this study.更多还原
