【摘要】 目的　探索三种疱疹科病毒 :EB病毒 (EBV)、人类巨细胞病毒 (HCMV)及人类疱疹病毒 6型 (HHV 6 )潜伏感染与慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)急性发作的关系。方法　应用多聚酶链反应(PCR)方法测定COPD急性发作患者及正常对照组外周血EBV、HCMV及HHV 6DNA ,探讨EBV、HCMV及HHV 6感染与COPD的关系。结果　COPD急性发作患者外周血EBVDNA阳性率(2 0 9% )明显高于对照组 (2 5 % ) (P <0 0 1) ,且与病情具有相关性 ;HCMV及HHV 6DNA检测在两组之间无明显差异 ,与对照组比较亦无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　EB病毒感染与COPD急性发作之间存在相关性 ,COPD患者易感染EB病毒 ;感染EB病毒的COPD患者病情明显较重。EBV、HCMV及HHV 6感染与性别、年龄无关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the contributing role of latent infections of three kinds of herpes virus in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods Peripheral blood sampled from 40 healthy controls and 67 patients with COPD were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for DNA of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV),human cytomeglovirus (HCMV),and human herpersevirus-6(HHV-6).ResultsEB virus DNA was detected in 14 patients with COPD (20.9%) and in 1 control subject (2.5%) ( P <0.01) . However, there was no significant difference in detecting the other two kinds of virus between COPD patients and controls( P >0.05).Conclusions There is some relationship between Epstein-Barr virus infection and COPD exacerbation,implied these patients are apt to be infected by EB virus,and tend to be more severe.There is no sexual and age predisposition in the infection of these three kinds of virus.更多还原
