微乳液对难溶有机物的增溶作用及影响因素

【摘要】 研究了蓖麻油硫酸盐(SCOS)微乳液对1,4-二氯苯(DCB)、1,2,3,-三氯苯(TCB)、联苯(BP)和芘(Py)等难溶有机物的增溶作用.SCOS微乳液较阴离子或非离子表面活性剂胶束溶液具有更强的增溶能力;有机物的表观溶解度与微乳液中SCOS的浓度呈正相关,DCB、TCB、BP和Py在SCOS微乳相与水相间的分配系数(logKem)分别为3.15, 4.03, 3.95和5.01;温度、共存有机物和无机盐影响SCOS微乳液对有机物的增溶作用.

【Abstract】 The solubilization action of hydrophobic organic compounds 1,4-dichlorobenzene (DCB), 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene (TCB), biphenyl (BP) and pyrene (Py) by sodium castor oil sulfonate (SCOS) microemulsions was studied. The solubilization ability of SCOS microemulsion is greater than that of anionic or nonionic surfactant solution. The apparent solubilities of organic compounds are correlated positively with the concentrations of SCOS in microemulsions. The partition coefficients (logKem) of DCB, TCB, BP and Py between the microemulsified phase and the aqueous phase are 3.15, 4.03, 3.95 and 5.01 respectively. Temperature, coexistent organic compounds and inorganic salts could affect the solubilization action of organic compounds by SCOS microemulsion.
