【摘要】 目的　对亚健康的诊断标准进行评价。方法　按照Delphi法原理 ,咨询中级以上职称、科室主任或科级以上职务的临床医学、预防医学、基础医学和管理学专家 ,计算亚健康诊断标准的有关评价指标。结果　专家均龄 56岁 ,平均从事专业时间 2 7年 ,两轮咨询的回收率分别为 90 48%和 85 71% ,权威程度平均值分别为 0 759和 0 790 ,协调系数有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5) ,权重系数依次为躯体症状 0 2 73 5、心理症状 0 2 460、活力 0 1718、免疫力0 13 97、社会适应能力 0 113 6和到医院看病 0 0 553。结论　专家的代表性较强 ,积极性较高 ,权威性、协调性较好 ,拟订的亚健康诊断标准可用于人群流行病学调查更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the diagnostic criterion of sub-hea lth.MethodsAccording to Delphi method,the medical specialists are consulted,who are engaged in clinical,preventive,fundamental medicine and management,are dean or corresponding technical post,and the evaluation indices f or diagnostic criterion of sub-health are calculated.ResultsThe mean of age is 56 and working time is 27 years.The back rates of two investigations are 90.48% and 85.71%,respectively.The me an of authorities are 0.759 and 0.790.The harmonious coefficients have statistic significance(P<0 05).The weight coefficient are followed,0 273?5(physic al symptom),0 246?0(psychological symptom),0 171?8(vigour),0 139?7(immuni ty),0 113?6(social adapted ability),0 055?3(going to hospital).ConclusionThe enthusiasm,authority and harmony of specia lity are good.The criterion can be used in epidemiology.更多还原
