【摘要】 目的　探讨血源质量标准中谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)的作用。方法　以 5 2°白酒按 10 0g/kg和 5 0g/kg体重大鼠灌胃 6d处死 ,建立急性酒精中毒模型。结果　按GB - 184 6 7- 2 0 0 1规定 ,10 0g/kg体重组ALT≤ 2 5Kamen’sU/ml有 10 0 5超过标准 ,5 0g/kg体重组雌性也有 4 0 %和雌性 30 %超过标准。若按临床医学ALT≤ 4 0Kamen’sU/ml标准 ,则2组只有 2 0 %超过标准 ,而此时SOD活性降低 30 %和LPO增加 5 0 %。结论　将现行量标准中ALT放宽至≤ 4 0Come’sU/ml,可能不会造成对血清质量影响 ,而有利于提高血源的利用率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investgate the effect of ALT in the criterion of blood source quality. Methods Two groups rats were put to death after poinsoned with spirit containing 52 percent alcohol by mouth.One group by 10.0?g/kg,another by 5.0?g/kg. Results According to the GB-18467-2001(ALT≤25?Come’s U/ml),the ALT of group by 10.0?g/kg were all higher than the standard,it was the same of the 40% female and 30% male rats in the group by 5.0?g/kg,but according to the criterion of clinical medical(ALT≤40?U/ml),there were only 20% of the former ALT were higher than the standard.And the SOD activity was decrased 30%,the concentration of LPO was increased 50%. Conclusion If the ALT standard in the criterion were relaxed(≤40?U/ml),there would no effect on the qulity of blood source,and it could also increase the utilization ratio.更多还原
