【摘要】 目的　探讨蒙古族人胰岛素抵抗与高血压的关系。方法　在现况调查的基础上 ,选择高血压患者 115例和血压正常者 117例。用血糖仪测定血糖 ,用放射免疫方法测定胰岛素和C -肽 ,采用胰岛素敏感指数方法判断胰岛素抗性。结果　胰岛素敏感指数 (ISI)在 2组人群中无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。按年龄、性别、体重指数和腰臀围比分层后得出 ,BMI<2 4或WHR <0 9的情况下 ,胰岛素敏感指数在 2组人群中有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　在蒙古族非肥胖人群中 ,胰岛素抵抗与高血压的发生可能有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the association between insulin resistance and hypertension in Mongolian nationality. Methods On the basis of prevalence survey,115 hypertensives and 117 normotensives were recruited as study subjects.Blood glucose was measured by the glucose instrument.Radioimmunoassay(RIA) were utilized to measure insulin and C peptide(C-p),respectively.Insulin resistance was determined by means of insulin sensitivity index(ISI). Results No significant differences were found in insulin sensitivity index(ISI) between the two groups(P>0.05).After being stratified by age,sex,BMI and WHR,there was significant difference in insulin sensitivity index(ISI) between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The insulin resistance might be related to hypertension in non-obese Mongolian nationality.更多还原
