【摘要】 目的　了解长江航线旅客对AIDS知识的掌握程度 ,评价长江航线开展艾滋病健康教育效果。方法　采取匿名问卷 (KABP)法 ,对长江航线旅客进行问卷调查 ,并开展艾滋病健康教育干预 ,干预前后分 2次进行调查。结果　长江航线旅客对艾滋病预防与控制知识的知晓已有一定的水平 ,但对艾滋病的传播途径认识不完全 ;经过健康教育干预后 ,旅客对艾滋病知识的知晓率有显著提高 ,但对待艾滋病病毒感染者的态度 ,健康教育干预效果不理想。结论　在长江航线上对旅客进行艾滋病健康教育取得明显效果 ,利用长江航线人群密度较大并相对封闭的环境进行健康教育值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehend passenger’s knowledge about AIDS along lines of Yangtes river and evaluate effects of health education on AIDS.Methods Health education are taken and tow anonymous questionnaires are conducted before and after health education.Results The passengers have a little knowledge about AIDS but they lack knowledge on AIDS transmission.The proportion of mastering AIDS knowledge increased remarkably after health education;however, the passenger’s attitude towards HIV positive person unchanged.Conclusion The passenger’s knowledge about AIDS can be improved by the health education.The health education should be emphasized on passenger along lines of the Yangtes river,which is one of important measures to control AIDS epidemics in China.更多还原
