【摘要】 目的　提高椎管内肿瘤诊断的准确率及疗效。方法　对收治的T10 椎体节段以下的低位椎管内肿瘤 32例患者均予手术切除 ,全部切除 2 7例 ,部分切除 5例。结果　 32例中早期误诊 15例。术后随访 6个月～ 3年 ,2 9例恢复日常生活与工作 ,3例下肢肌力及感觉减弱 ,无一例复发。结论　以临床特征为基础 ,配合X线片、腰穿脑脊液检查、MRI检查可降低低位椎管内肿瘤的误诊率 ,原发性椎管内肿瘤一经诊断 ,应尽早手术。手术切除具有良好疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the diagnostic accuracy and cure effect of low level intraspinal tumor [HT5”H]Methods [HT5”SS]32 cases of intraspinal tumor below T 10 vertebra were treated using surgical method,27 cases with total resection and 5 cases with subtotal resection.[HT5”H]Results [HT5”SS]15 patients were misdiagnosised in early course.All the cases were followed up from 6 months to 3 years.29 cases had recovered daily life,sensation and muscle strength of lower limb decline in 3 cases.[HT5”H]Conclusion [HT5”SS]Misdiagnosis rate of the tumor can be reduced basing on clinical manifestation,with assistance of X-ray,cerebrospinal fluid and MRI.MRI is the best way for the diagnosis.The tumor must be removed as early and entirely as possible and good effect can be received.更多还原
