【摘要】 目的　分析注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后的发热特点及可能原因。方法　回顾378例腰椎间盘突出症患者接受注射胶原酶溶解术的治疗情况 ,按时间先后分为A、B两组 ,A组 2 50例 ,B组 1 2 8例。结果　A组仅有 2例轻微发热 (37 3℃ ) ;B组有 2 4例发热 (37 4～ 40 5℃ ) ,占同期病例的 1 8 75 %。发热间隔时间短 (3～ 32h) ,发热程度与时间间隔呈反比 ,伴随有头痛、恶心、呕吐等症状 ,经对症处理迅速降温。结论　注射胶原酶溶盘术后可发生程度不等的发热 ,预后较好。发热与胶原酶批号有关 ,原因可能为药物热更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the characteristics and possible reason of the fever after injection of collagenase for the treatment of herniated lumbar disc Methods 378 cases of the herniated lumbar disc treated with the injection of collagenase were retrospectively reviewed.They were divided into two groups(A and B)according to time sequence;250 cases in group A and 128 cases in group B.Results Only 2 cases had slight fever(37 3 ℃)in group A,but 24 cases(18 75%)had fever(37 4～40 5 ℃)in group B.Fever degree to time interval presented inverse ratio.There were some concomitant symptoms,such as headache,nausea,vomit,etc.Conclusion The patients may have fever with different level in short time interval(3～32 h)after the injection of collagenase.But the prognosis is good.The fever may be related to the collagenase batch number and caused by drug fever.更多还原
