【摘要】 目的　探讨胸椎间盘突出症的临床特点、手术与术后近期疗效的关系。方法　 17例胸椎间盘突出症患者均行后方入路侧前方减压术 ,其中 3例合并颈、腰椎间盘突出症患者先后或同时予以手术。结果　全部病例术后症状无加重 ,14例得到随访 ,平均 4年 2个月 ( 6个月～ 6年 ) ,优良率 78 4%( 11/ 14)。结论　临床表现以胸髓损害为主 ,侧前方减压摘除椎间盘是手术治疗胸椎间盘突出症的安全、有效方法 ,同时应注意勿忽视多发椎间盘突出症 (颈、腰 )等合并病变的处理更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical characteristic of the thoracic disc herniation and the relationship between operative treatment and short term results Methods 17 cases of the thoracic disc herniation were operated from posterior approach and anterolateral decompression was done.Among them,3 cases combined with the cervical or lumbar disc herniation were treated at the same time or first and after.Results The symptom in all the cases had not got bad after operation,14 cases of them were followed-up from 6 months to 6 years with an average of 4 year and 2 months.The excellent and good rate was 78.6%.Conclusion The clinical symptoms mainly occurred as the injuries of the thoracic spinal cord.The anterolateral decompression to remove the disc hemiation is a safe and effective operation for treatment of the thoracic disc hemiation,meanwhile,complicated cervical/*$lumbar disc herniation should not be ignored更多还原
