【摘要】 目的　探讨塑形钢板治疗距下关节内跟骨骨折的临床效果。方法　采用开放复位塑形钢板内固定治疗距下关节内跟骨骨折共 43例 (46跟 )。随访时间 2 4年。进行手术前、后X线变化及临床结果评定。结果　全部病例术后可使跟骨距下关节疼痛消失 ,功能改善 ,跟距关节及跟骨恢复了正常的对合关系及形状。结论　塑形钢板内固定治疗距下关节内跟骨骨折是一种有效的疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical results of moulding steel plate internal fixation for the treatment of subtalar intra-artuicular fracture of the os calcis Methods The results of treatment of talocalcaneal joint fracture using moulding plate internal fixation in 43 adults complicated with comminuted fracture or dislocation of the talus were analysed.The follow-up period varied from 1 2 to 4 6 years.The results were evaluated by X-ray examination and clinical status.During pre-operation period,all cases were examined with CT scanning.Results All patients had satisfactory effect after the operation,including the anatomical position of subtalar joint,recovery of normal congruous relationship between talus and calcaneus which basically eliminated the pathogenic factors leading to the development of cartilaginous degeneration of subtalar joint and osteoarthritis.Pain was relieved and the function of subtalar joint was recovered in all cases.Conclusion The moulding plate internal fixation is an effective method for treatment of subtatar intra-articular fracture of the calcaneus.更多还原
