离子轰击镀对铀上铝镀层组织及防腐蚀性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了偏压镀、循环氩离子轰击镀和间歇式镀对铀上铝镀层组织及防腐蚀性能的影响 .结果表明 ,3种离子轰击镀方法对铝镀层的组织产生强烈影响 ,且组织的致密程度与其防腐蚀性能呈现了较好的一致性 .在 - 10 0V、- 2 0 0V和 - 5 0 0V偏压条件下 ,镀层组织致密、防腐蚀性好 ;在 - 30 0V偏压下 ,镀层的致密性和防腐蚀性均差 ,未加偏压 (0V)的次之 ;循环氩离子轰击镀和间歇式镀对提高镀层的致密性和防腐蚀性更为显著 .离子轰击镀沉积的铝镀层均可不同程度地为铀提供好的保护效果 .

【Abstract】 Effect of three kinds of ion bombardments,including deposited with d.c.bias voltages,circulated- argon ion bombardment,and at intervals on microstructures and corrosion resistance of aluminum coatings on uranium substrate was investigated.The results show that coating microstructures are influenced strongly by ion bombardment methods,of which coating microstructures correspond to their different corrosion resistance to uranium.The microstructures are much more closely packed and the corrosion resistance are much better at -100 V,-200 V and -500 V than those of at -300 V,0 V.The microstructures and corrosion resistance of aluminum coatings can also be improved remarkably by both circulated-argon ion bombardment and at intervals deposition.All of aluminum coatings can provide protection for uranium to different extent.
