环己胺类气相缓蚀剂对锌在薄层液膜下的缓蚀机理研究
THE INHIBITION MECHANISM OF CYCLOHEXYL AMMONIUM TYPES OF INHIBITORS ON THE CORROSION OF ZINC UNDER THIN ELECTROLYTE
【摘要】 采用电化学极化曲线和交流阻抗及红外光谱分析法 ,研究了铬酸二环己胺、磷酸环己胺、亚硝酸二环己胺和碳酸环己胺这 4种气相缓蚀剂对金属Zn的缓蚀作用和吸附行为 .4种气相缓蚀剂均属于覆盖效应作用机理的阳极型缓蚀剂 .铬酸二环己胺、磷酸环己胺和亚硝酸二环己胺抑制了金属Zn在 0 5mol/LNa2 SO4薄层液膜下的阳极反应而对阴极反应影响很小 .缓蚀效果以铬酸二环己胺最好 ,碳酸环己胺对Zn试件的腐蚀几乎无影响 .红外发射吸收光谱的结果也表明铬酸二环己胺在锌试件表面的吸附效果最佳 .
【Abstract】 The inhibition and adsorption behavior of dicyclohexyl ammonium chromate,cyclohexyl ammonium phosphite,dicyclohexyl ammonium nitrite and cyclohexyl ammonium carbonate was studied by electrochemical methods and infrared spectrum.The additions of four inhibitors in the blank solution do not have a big effect on the corrosion potential and cathodic reaction,only affect the anodic reaction.Dicyclohexyl ammonium chromate showed good inhibition in the corrosion of zinc whether in the bulk or under thin layer electrolyte,while cyclohexyl ammonium carbonate has no any inhibition.The results of infrared spectrum also proved the good adsorption of dicyclohexyl ammonium chromate on the zinc surface.
