【Abstract】 The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were used for detection of various virus diseases in the imported Litopenaeus vannamei. It was found that the parent shrimp had been infected with Taura syndrome virus.
