【Abstract】 Two types of vaccine,the inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine and the inactivated aluminum hydroxide colloid vaccine were developed with three local strains of rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus.Both types of vaccine passed sterile and efficacy tests and the physical and chemical examination with satifaction.There were no any adˉverse responses when they were innoculated into rabbits with the big dose.After vaccinated all rabbits attained the protection against the challenge of the virulent RHD virus.The vaccinated rabbits could get a continuous immune period of5months at least.更多还原
