【摘要】 从内蒙古武川县分离出2株兔出血症病毒 ,分别命名为RHD -NW1毒株和RHD -NW2毒株 ,对其进行了形态、理化及生物学特性研究。结果表明 ,2株病毒在兔体连续传4代均出现典型兔病毒性出血症症状和病理变化 ,是毒力稳定的强毒株。病毒粒子在电镜下呈球形 ,直径30nm左右 ,无囊膜 ,有实心和空心2种病毒粒子。2株病毒对热 (56℃60min)、酸 (pH3)、乙醚和胰蛋白酶不敏感 ,对人的O、B型红细胞有高度凝集性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus strains named RHD-NWI and RHD-NW2were isolated in Wuchuan County,Inner Mongolia.Their morphological,physical,chemical and biological characteristics were identiˉfied.The result showed that the two isolates were virulent virus strains.Under electron microscope,the two strains had aspherical shape with30nm in diameter.There were two kinds of virus particles,the solid virions(40%)and the empty virions(60%).Both strains could resist the treatment of ether,trypsin,acid(pH3.0)and heat(56℃,60min).They could agglutinate the O and B type of human blood cell with high HA titers更多还原
