燃煤电厂实现多联产的新途径
A new technique for multipurpose cogeneration in coal-fired power plants
【摘要】 分析燃煤电厂煤粉、制粉系统及电负荷的特点,指出燃煤电厂利用煤在等离子反应器中热解制乙炔实现多联产具备优越条件;介绍等离子体反应器特性,分析煤在等离子反应器中热解制乙炔工艺机理和中试进展;建立燃煤电厂利用煤在等离子反应器中热解制乙炔模糊综合评价模型,通过对具体燃煤电厂利用煤在等离子反应器中热解制乙炔技术经济模糊评价研究,分析其潜在的优势及发展前景。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the pulverized coal, milling system and power load features of coal-fired power plants; indicates that coal-fired power plant has favourable conditions for cogenerating acetylene by using pyrolitic process of coal in plasma reactor; introduces the characteristics of plasma reactor, and analyzes the mechanism of producing acetylene through coal pyrolysis in plasma reactor and the pilot-test progress. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for such new technique is set up, and through the fuzzy evaluation study of techno -economics of application of this technique in coal-fired plant; its potential superiority and development prospect are analyzed.
