【Abstract】 The procurement and pricing of reserve under the electricity market environment is facing new problem.Previous procurement manners such as volunteer providing compulsively aren’t any longer applicable to new environment.Forming competitive reserve market seems to be a better way to resolve the procurement and pricing of reserve under the electricity market environment.It makes for operating energy market impartially and equitably to establish reserve market at the same time of building energy market.Based on the above viewpoints,reserve is classified from different angles,the procurement and pricing of reserve in being is introduced and analyzed,and bidding methods and settlement measures of competitive reserve market are designed.Practical and feasible operation methods for reserve market are brought forward by the discussion in this paper.更多还原
