【摘要】 针对耒阳电厂当地无烟煤挥发分低,着火、燃尽困难特点,为提高锅炉经济性和低负荷调峰性能,对2号锅炉燃烧器进行了全面技术改造。改造后试验结果表明,飞灰、炉渣可燃物明显降低,低负荷稳定性大大增强。同时,对可调水平浓淡煤粉燃烧器特性进行分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hunan Leiyang Power Plant burns the local anthracite which features low volatile content,difficult-to-ignite and-to-burn out.In order to improve the economics and peaking performance of boiler at low load,the burners of No.2boiler were overall retrofitted.The testing results after retrofitting showed that,the combustible matters of fly ash and boiler slag were obviously decreased and the stability of boiler at low load was greatly enhanced.Meanwhile the characteristics of adjustable horizontal concentrated-diluted pulverized coal burners were analyzed.更多还原
