【摘要】 电力弹性系数反映了国民经济和社会发展与电力需求的关系,是制订电力长远发展规划考虑的重要因素之一。虽然对电力弹性系数的作用和能否真实反映经济发展与电力消费的关系也有很多争论,但从电力弹性系数的长期统计数据分析,能发现一定的规律,与经济结构和人民生活的用电水平密切相关,在不同的发展时期和发展阶段,也有其一定的特点。从我国历史上电力弹性系数的变化规律分析,当前我国的电力弹性系数,预示着我国已进入了经济、社会和电力需求的一个稳定增长的时期。因此,电力弹性系数不仅对我国的电力规划工作有重要的指导意义,而且为分析和预测我国未来经济的发展趋势提供了有效的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 The electricity elasticity coefficient is one of the important factors to be considered for working out the long-term plan of electric power development,which reflects the relationships between national economy and social development and electricity demand.Although there are different opinions for the significance of electricity elasticity coefficient,it is found that the rules and characteristics of close relationship among the economic structures and electricity consumption in different times and periods of development by long-term statistics and analyses of electricity elasticity coefficient.According to analyses of the electricity elasticity coefficient changes in China,this paper presents that it has been a period of steady increase in national economy,social development and electricity demand for China.The analyses of electricity elasticity coefficient are not only important for electric power planning,but also the effective method for predictions of economic developments.更多还原
