垃圾焚烧电厂设计探讨

【摘要】 结合浙江省电力设计院设计并已建成投产的山东菏泽和杭州乔司垃圾焚烧电厂,对设计中的一些问题,如厂址选择、焚烧炉形式选用、垃圾预处理系统设计、汽轮机系统选用与发电效率分析、各二次污染治理系统的设置等作初步探讨。对垃圾焚烧电厂采用循环流化床焚烧炉与机械炉排焚烧炉进行对比。选用循环流化床焚烧炉的主要优点是可显著降低烟气中二英的排放,同时也有利于电厂蒸汽参数的提高。

【Abstract】 Shandong Heze and Hangzhou Qiaosi refuse incineration power plants are designed by Zhjiang Provincial Electric Power Design Institute and now both have been put into operation.Designing problems of refuse incineration power plant ,such as site selection,incinerator type choicing,refuse pre-treatment system design,steam turine system selection,electricity generation efficiency analysis,and placement of different secondary pollution treatment systems are discussed in this paper.Circulating fluidized bed(CFB)incinerator and mechanical grate(MG)incinerator are compared in detail.This paper points out that by using CFB incinerator the dioxin discharge in flue gas is greatly reduced,also the power plant steam parameters are easily raised.
