【Abstract】 This paper presents an improved method of dynamic programming to sort order of each unit,which can decrease the calculation complexity.This method can not only minmize the purchase cost under the condition of operating constraints but also guarantee the fairness.At the same time ,the paper gives a concrete example proving the reasonableness and feasibility of the method.更多还原
