滑动轴承非线性动力特性的结构化表示方法
RESEARCH OF THE STRUCTURAL REPRESENTATION METHOD FOR BEARING NONLINEAR DYNAMICS
【摘要】 基于有限元法建立了轴承非线性油膜力求解模型。指出在轴颈位置固定情况下,轴承油膜力是转速和振动速度的线性函数。线性函数中包含的6个系数是轴颈偏心和偏位角的非线性函数,而这些系数可以通过文中建立的有限元模型获得。非线性函数关系采用结构化数据库和神经网络来表示。应用新模型可以非常方便地获得任意转速、位置和振动工况下的非线性油膜力。结合实例进行了分析,表明这种结构化表示方法可靠,物理意义明确。
【Abstract】 The new oil film nonlinear force model is set up using finite element method (FEM). It is pointed out in the paper that bearing force is a linear function of rotating speed and vibration velocity if journal rotates in a fixed position, which can be expressed with 6 coefficients. These coefficients are nonlinear functions of journal eccentricity and attitude angle and can be calculated using FEM. Structural database and neural network methods are presented to express the nonlinear functions. The nonlinear oil film force can be obtained easily with the new method. It is concluded by examples that coefficients change nonlinearly with eccentricity and periodicaly with attitude angle.
