二段式干煤粉气流床气化技术的模拟研究与分析
SIMULATION AND ANALYSIS ON GASIFICATION TECHNOLOGY OF A TWO-STAGE DRY FEED ENTRAINED FLOW BED
【摘要】 提出了将煤的热解模型、气固间非均相反应模型和气相间均相反应模型与ASPEN PLUS图形建模法相结合的二段式干煤粉气流床气化工艺的模拟计算方法,并对其性能进行了模拟研究与分析。模拟研究表明,二段式干煤粉气流床气化工艺可以降低出口煤气的温度,为简化工艺过程,降低煤气冷却器的几何尺寸提供了可能。采用该气化方式可以提高气化炉的冷煤气效率2~6个百分点。
【Abstract】 Based on ASPEN PLUS, a simulating method of two-stage dry feed entrained flow bed gasification technology is presented, in which a thermal decomposition model, a gas-solid heterogeneous reaction model and a gas-gas homogeneous reaction model are integrated for action. A simulating on the performance of proposed technology is proceeded resulting in reduction of outlet temperature of gas, that allows to reduce geometry size of syngas cooler and to simplify the technology process, and of the all the cold gas efficiency will be promoted 2~6 percent points.
