【摘要】 锅炉炉水pH值是否合格,是判断锅炉水化学工况优劣的重要标志。对于高参数、大容量的电站锅炉,炉内加药量控制严格,炉水pH值调控范围小,这就要求能够准确地计算炉水pH值;文章通过化学平衡方程,得到了各种水工况条件下的精确计算炉水pH值的表达式,获得了准确的数值解,并以图形方式表示了汽包锅炉各种水工况下加药量与炉水pH值的关系曲线。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pH value of a boiler water serves as an important criterion for estimating the operation condition of the boiler water cycle chemistry, especially for a power plant boiler of big capacity and high temperature steam conditions .The dosage to the boiler water is controled more strictly so.that the variation of pH value should not be over a very narrow range.that requires a more precise calculation of pH value.this paper puts forward a formulation for such a purpose by a series of chemical equilibrium equation. The exact calculation results show in graphics with a curve expressing the relation between the dosage and pH value of the boiler water.更多还原
