开关磁阻电动机在烧结机上的应用及其动态性能的研究
STUDY ON APPLICATION OF SWITCHED RELUCTANCE MOTOR TO SINTERING MACHINE AND ITS DYNAMICAL PERFORMANCE
【摘要】 该文设计了基于最小均方差控制律的SRM转速、电流双闭环调速控制系统,与原来的SRM调速控制系统相比较,经过优化设计的SRM控制系统的动、静态性能有明显提高,解决了开关磁阻电机在烧结机上应用转速波动大的问题,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
【Abstract】 A doube closed-loop speed and current control of switched reluctance motor (SRM) systems is presented based on the least average square-difference control law. The dynamic and steady state performance of the optimal designed SRM systems is obviously improved in comparison with the original SRM systems. The SRM speed fluctuation problem is solved when it is applied to sintering machines. The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by the experiment results.
