电力系统电压的体液免疫学习控制

【摘要】 简要地介绍了生物体体液免疫应答的基本过程:提出了体液免疫电压控制器的基本结构;模拟体液免疫应答清除抗原的过程,给出了确定控制器参数的P型和强化学习算法,应用提出的学习方法确定了体液免疫电压控制器的参数。学习过程表明,该方法具有较好的收敛性和鲁棒性。算例采用了装设有两个STATCOM的新英格兰系统, 对STATCOM的电压控制作用进行了仿真。数字仿真证实了控制策略的有效性。仿真结果表明:所提出的体液免疫电压控制器不仅能够在系统正常运行情况下保持控制器装设点的电压在指定的参考值,而且能够在紧急运行情况下极小化或消除邻近母线出现的电压越限。

【Abstract】 At first, the basic process of the humoral immune response is introduced briefly. Then, the basic structure of the humoral immune voltage controller is proposed. Simulated the process of humoral immune response clear the antigen, a P-type and reinforcement learning algorithm for training the parameters of the controllers is presented. In this paper, the control ability of STATCOMs is demonstrated. The example system is the New England System installed with two STATCOMs. The parameters of the humoral immune voltage controllers are designed by the proposed learning algorithm. The learning process demonstrated the algorithm has better convergence and high robustness. And the digital simulation demonstrated the control strategy is effective. Simulation results make sure that the proposed humoral immune voltage control can not only keep the voltage at the controller’s busbar to a setting reference value at the normal operation mode, but also minimize or eliminate voltage violations at its adjacent busbars in power system contingencies.
