【摘要】 目的 :探讨超声对膀胱占位性病变的诊断价值。方法 :应用超声对 359例膀胱占位性病变进行检查 ,全部经手术病理证实。结果 :膀胱结石 99例 ,膀胱异物 9例 ,膀胱肿瘤 2 51例 ,其中乳头状瘤 3例、膀胱癌2 35例。超声对膀胱占位性病变的阳性诊断符合率 1 0 0 %。结论 :超声检查对膀胱占位性病变的诊断有极为实际的临床应用价值 ,可作为普查膀胱疾病的重要方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the diagnostic v alue of ultrasound in bladder masses.Methods:Three hundred fifty nine bladder masses were exam ined with ultrasound All cases were proved by pathology after operation.Results:Bladder stones were in 99 cases, bladder foreign b ody in 9 cases,bladder tumors in 251 cases including 3 bladder papillomas and 2 35 bladder carcinomas The positive diagnostic rate of ultrasound in bladder mas ses was 100%.Conclusions:Ultrasound possesses actual screening applicab le for diagnosing bladder masses in clinic and it should be the important method in bladder diseases.更多还原
