【摘要】 目的 :探讨超声显像对聚丙烯酰胺凝胶 (HPG)隆乳并发症的诊断价值。方法 :应用高频探头对1 6例 HPG隆乳后出现异常的患者进行检查 ,对凝胶体部位、包膜、内部回声及乳腺内部回声情况进行观察。结果 :发现有异常情况的乳腺 2 0只 ,并对其施行局部抽吸或引流治疗。结论 :超声检查可以方便有效地发现 HPG隆乳后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in detecting the complications of mammoplasty with Hydrophilic Polyacrylamide(HPG) injection.Methods:Sixteen Cases of mammoplasty with HPG injection resulting in complications were detected using high-frequence ultrasound The position, capsula, internal echo of HPG body and echo of the breast tissue were observed.Results:Twenty breasts which were shown to have abnormal lesions were treated with ultrasound guide aspiration for drainage.Conclusions:Ultrasonography is effective and easy to show the complications of mammoplasty with HPG injection.更多还原
