【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the health service utilization of outpatients in Dongying City. The result shows that: there is difference in outpatients visit between urban and rural areas. There is also difference among population with different conditions, such as sex,age, marital status, e-ducation degree, occupation, medical insurance system .and chronic diseases.
